What? |
A summer internship with a California environmental company completing various tasks, such as data entry, permit applications for well sampling and drilling, general office and field support.

ETIC’s Costa Mesa office

When?
|
May 27th to August 14th, 2009; 10-40 hours per week depending on work available
|
|
What’s the pay? |
$10-11/hour, with a $1,000 scholarship to be awarded at the successful completion of the 12-week internship
|

Who is eligible? |
CSUF Geology majors in good standing who are interested in pursuing careers in the geological and environmental sciences. Satisfactory completion of GEOL380 is required; completion or current enrollment in GEOL335 is recommended.

How do I apply? |
Applications should consist of a cover letter, your resume, and a completed CSUF Award and Scholarship application. In addition, write a <1-page statement addressing your interest in working in the field of environmental geology, and what you would hope to learn from this internship. This statement can be part of your cover letter.
